1)When the swing arm is placed under the bucket seat, the sand core in the bucket falls into the shot pipe through the bucket mouth.When the swing arm is placed at the position of sand ejection, the oil cylinder moves, the sand ejection air head moves downward, and the large spring is pressed to realize the sand ejection action.

2)The whole drive system adopts pneumatic drive device and USES gas pressure to drive the cylinder to complete the whole working process. It has the advantages of noiseless and stable work.

3)Adjust the length of time and the size of the gas pressure to achieve the sand quantitative and auxiliary cylinder, shot sand and other work state adjustment, easy to adjust, reliable work.
