DZ provides comprehensive training services to end-users covering equipment operation, maintenance, and upgrades.
- For training at DZ's site: End-user responsible for their engineers' daily expenses
- For training at end-user's site: End-user responsible for DZ technician's accommodation
Warranty Information
Warranty Replacement
- All warranty claims must be made promptly within the warranty period
- Claims must include product serial number, shipment date, and detailed description
- Written authorization required before returning any products
- Customer responsible for damage during return shipping
- DZ has sole responsibility for determining failure causes
- If product returned without cause, customer bears return and testing costs
Warranty Limitations
- 12-month warranty against defects from date of shipment
- DZ's liability limited to repair, replacement, or partial refund
- Expendable items not covered by warranty
- Warranty void in cases of abuse, accident, alteration, misuse or neglect
- After warranty expiration, end-user responsible for all repair costs
- DZ not responsible for loss or damage from product use
All warranty terms subject to the laws of the People's Republic of China. DZ reserves the right to revise terms without public announcement.
